I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to find out how to get pre authorisation on the momentum website, since the automated email states:
"Did you know that you can pre-notify for your Health Platform benefits, obtain your tax certificate and view claims on our website? Please register on [URL Removed] if you have not yet done so."
Unfortunately, I wasted my time and discovered that it's not so easy to navigate the site. Instead I had to use Google to search for a solution on how to do this and it led me to a complaint on Hello Peter. I would have expected Momentum to assist in their response to the February 20th complaint about this. Unsurprisingly they only offered a call back to the client. Maybe the service consultant had better luck Googling than me.
It is a pathetic website. They should not offer a service if it does not really exist.
