I have been calling for the past month requesting medical aid cover but all the agents do is to take my number down an promise are broke will call me back but since today there been no response this sad because I will paying for this insurance no this shocking if this is how they treat new clients I rather look for another provide cause I don't think this is the way to treat new clients
