Good day,

Mrs DR Nxele was contacted by your call centre, to ask if she wanted to renew her Prokard Membership. She advised that she no longer wants to be a Prokard member as she never used it. An amount of R1350.00 was debited from her credit card with out her concern which is according to my knowledge.

Please cancel her membership as she has advise your call centre to do so.
