I initially sent my resignation a month in advance as I was supposed to, however, they did not receive it. I was therefore debited for February, whilst I have joined a new medical aid. The new medical aid requires my membership certificate in order to change my membership to be effective 01 March 2013, however, after numerous telephone calls and numerous email requests, I still have not received my Membership Certificate.
This is terrible service. Even when I tried to make claim queries in the past, I was put on hold for ages or transferred from pillar to post. Their is a blame mentality and no one seems to know what they are doing.
