On 11/01/2013, a letter dated 13/12/2012 is received from LA Health ito an outstanding amount of R600. I informed LA Health on 11/01/2013 via e-mail [Email Removed] that a payment of R300 was made on 10/12/2012 and the last payment of R300 will take place on 29 January 2013. I confirmed that all payments were done via EFT, payment of 29 January 2013 will also be done via EFT. On 01/03/2013, I received a letter from LA Health dated 17/01/2013, informing me that they have listed my name with TransUnion as a bad payer. This after I had informed them in writing when payment will be made. How does this make me a bad payer when I have confirmed when payment will be made and the proof of payment is immediately provided to them.

This will have a negative impact on my credit rating which will have an impact whenever I want to purchase any item on credit or apply for any form of financing for a bond or vehicle. This is due to the negligence of LA Health Administrators.
