I joined Nimas in July 2011 with NO LATE JOINING PENALTY from Keyhealth Made 1st payment to them already on 28th June Nimas and Resolution Health merged last year. In December I realize that I was overcharged since July 2011 till December 2012 for (LATE JOINING PENALTY - R 862-00 per month! ~I sent all proofs requested by them At the end they said they cannot refund me as this happened in Nimas time? In order for me not to pay penalty in future Resolution Health then cancelled my medical aid at end December and gave me new Membership no (WITHOUT TRANSFERRING MY CHRONIC MEDICINE TO NEW ACCOUNT!) i THINK THEY DID THIS TO GET ME OFF TRACK REGARDING MONEY OUTSTANDING TO ME?
