Worst med aid

I have never received more appalling service than I have received from Discovery!!! EVER!!!
We have spoken to many staff, hospital staff and general practitioners and all agree that discovery is the worst medical aid to be on. It seems like to you need to be DYING to get authorisation to be admitted to hospital!!!
If not you'd have to pay for the first 2 days before you can be booked in!!!
If discovery thinks it is not an emergency then they wont pay at all for anything!!!
A doctor cannot refer to you hospital!!!
You have to go to a doctor, then the doctor would tell you to go to the emergency section of the hospital to hear the same thing because apparently discovery does not want to pay if its not an emergency!!!
And if you pay to get to see a specialist and the specialist says its an emergency then discovery wont pay for anything because you paid!!!

WHAT IS UP WITH ALL THE RED TAPE!!!

Your staff do not even know what is going on because they are giving misleading information to client and doctors!! Its like running around in circles!

YOU ARE ALL TO HAPPY TO TAKE OUR MONEY BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY WHEN WE NEED YOU MOST!!!
