Processed account incorrectly Bad service

I was planning on having a scope done inhospital but on a different date, different hospital and different doctor.
In the mean time, I got really sick at home and hubby took me to emergency room. I was treated in the emergency room for a diagnosis they made in the ER and then decided to admit me to hospital. While I was in hospital, I was randomly assigned to a doctor that works at the hospital. This dr decided that he wants a scope done on me in theatre whch was then done on the 3rd day I was in hospital. Discovery made me pay for the scope from my savings accound which is now depleted. This should have been part of the hospital bill and not come out of my savings. When I tried to phone Discovery, they've put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and then I was cutt off. Thats really bad service and unacceptable. I want the R2850 back and I want someone to phone me to resolve this and not let me hold on for 10minutes and cut me off! This is just wrong!!! I hate Discovery. (The hospital and the dr was awesome) But Discovery really!!
