An error occurred where hospital funds were billed from my savings. I was sitting with a possible bill > R7000.00 from the shortfall. Wendy was able to calm me down and investigate the whole matter. She explained everything in detail and followed up within 24 hours. I'm awaiting the funds to be returned to the savings and the hospital has been paid. Thank you, Regards Zakhele Dube
