I was at the Fire & Ice in Bree St on Monday and had a wonderful experience in terms of hospitality service from the morning shift barman. He was courteous, friendly and service orientated. He also communicated well with me in terms of waiting period and out of stocks concerning my order. It was a pleasure to see that level of service return to this renowned establishment.
