My husband and I went for an eye test to Specsavers in Mall@reds. I asked Anette to phone me back numerous times regarding the visit, payments and queries. She never phoned back, I got hold of her after I heard nothing from her. At the end I told her that we are not going to make our glasses through Specsavers but they can claim the eye test from the medical aid. Specsavers and I confirmed before hand with the medical aid that they will pay the eye test. Now I got a message from the medical aid saying that they are not paying. I wanted to clear this out with Specsavers... guess what... numerous phone calls later and no one ever came back to me!! Anette was the person responsible to phone me back and it has been a week. This is the most pathetic service I ever received from any place!
