My Vitality made a bad Discovery

I'm a Discovery Health Member, Discovery Life, Discovery Card, Discovery Invest and Discovery Vitality holder. I'm currently on Gold and qualify for a 30% discount off flights, which you have made quite difficult.
I'm going to JHB with my girlfriend, but couldn't make use of the discount for myself, as I may only book one ticket, which I understand, I don't mind paying the full price for the second ticket, but there's no way to do it, so how do I guarantee seats together?
I'm planning to go to Paris in August with her and seems I won't be able to use the benefit again, as you're unable to provide me with any solution?
I just want our seats to be together, with me qualifying for the discount for one ticket and the other ticket being full price, why are you making it so hard?!
And I can't even get to book an Emirates flight, takes me ti Kulula's website?!
I stay healthy and thus I am a Gold Member, but it seems pointless!!!
This is really not a great experience, it's costing my mental health :'(
