Discovery not doing what they say; I have to beg and plead for feedback from the call centres. Where they tried to solve queries, the actions made the situation worse.
Discovery agreed to pay Clexane as a rule exception, but are now not paying for it.
Please follow through by actually paying for it.
[1] Please refund where I paid for it;
[2] please refund where I paid from my medical savings account;
[3] please pay where you reversed payments previously made to pharmacy. Discovery even reversed a payment at the pharmacy that I MADE WITH MY OWN MONEY.
Please respond & resolve. After numerous e-mail and phone calls plus MANY MANY hours of work time on the phone everything is still not sorted out.
The old saying rings true: Caveat Emptor - Insurance companies are quick to deduct premiums, but slow to pay claims.
