Our child suffers CRONICAL with some sort of infection. He is always tired and looks like a very ill child. After blood tests and recommendation from the GP and Specialist that the tonsils should be removed because it is the tonsils that is causing all this illness; Resolution refuse to give hospital authorization. They never answer a phone to sort out this problem. They say he did not visit the doctor enough, we don't run to the Dr every time and our situation is different from the normal tonsil situations.
This medical scheme is bad news, I've looked up their solvency ratio and it appears that it is not even 50% of the requirement by law, we now understand why they try so hard to refuse us needed medical assistants, which we pay for, and as recommended by the doctor and specialist.
