On the 2nd of October I sent an email to them with attached proof of payments for specialists. The specialists expect me to pay a fee that my medical aid would pay back. It's now 13 days later and the only thing I have received from them was the confirmation that I sent them the mail on the day.
Secondly I have now received a message from the X-ray Specialist that they refuse to pay for it. THIS AFTER I ASKED THE LADY AT THE DESK TO CONFIRM IT WITH THEM... WHICH SHE DID!
Pathetic, even more pathetic, and sadly a reality when you join Resolution Health.
