I have been a client for years. This year my domestic worker needed glasses for the first time. I told her we would take her script to specsavers and I would pay for the glasses. We went there and chose the frames etc. they could not generate a quote as it was month end but said no problem they would send it during the week. I offered to pay a deposit but was told not to worry I can pay on collection. We have been waiting over a month. We went to the store last week and were told the glasses are not ready. This week we were told actually they have not done the glasses as they need a deposit. In this whole month no one has asked for the deposit during our many visits and calls. I have no problem paying but cannot believe the disgusting service and lack of help. I can only believe this is because it is a cash order for a domestic that there is no service which is even more disgusting.
