It's not everyday a person changes a debit order from one account to another account. I have now been trying for about 2 weeks to change my debit order on my fedhealt medical aid from an existing FNB account to another existing FNB account with basically the same name.
I am the sole director of the companies and as such make my own decisions about where I manage my finances
IT IS TOO DIFFICULT FOR FEDHEALTH TO CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER THAT THEY RATHER ACCEPT MY LETTER OF RATHER DEMANDING CANCELLATION OF MY MEDICAL AID WITH THEM, THAN TO TRY AND SOLVE THE ISSUE AND CHANGE THE DEBIT ORDER
This is PATHETIC dear fedhealth to say the least. A customer who has been with you for YEARS is rather sent an email to confirm cancellation than getting someone off their backsides with some brains to change a number on a computer
In a way I am glad this is happening now so that I can start the new year without the thought of a useless and unsupportive company behind me when I land up in hospital
Please dont even contact me to try and be nice. For all I care it is over and done. I just hope the rest of SOUTH AFRICA would rather go on a "discovery" mission like I did and get some good service!
