Mugg And Bean
No Service for more than 30mins

I walked into Mugg & Bean Suncoast with my wife at around 13:00 on the 2nd of Jan 2014. I was seated at a table by the store manager (Zee) we took our seats and waited then we notice people who had came in after us have been served drinks already, we continued waiting for around 20 mins, I then called a waiter and asked her if she could please take our order unfortunately she refused and told me that she will get the waiter that is assigned to my table I insisted that she take my order but my wife said to her its fine get the correct waiter for the table. At this point I am already, we wait approximately 10 mins longer until I woke up and decided to leave. I saw the manager (Zee) who had seated me on my way out and I asked if she remembered me coming in to the store she said yes she did and "Eish Sorry"

Very poor service from the staff and management.
