Very Poor Service

Yesterday my hubby and I were at the V&A Waterfront when we passed a little bakery/cafe and decided we will have lunch here to our disappoinrment we stood and waited for a waiter acknowlege us and to seat us and after 10 minutes we decided to enter this cute cafe asked if there was a table available and we were thereafter escoted to a table by a male waiter who seated us but never came back to take our order. We sat for 30 minutes being ignored. We then picked up that a couple that was seated 15mins after us had their drinks brought to them we then stopped and called the waiter attending to them and advised him that we were waiting 30 mins and no one had even taken our drinks order. My hubby was so upset that he was abit rude to the waiter as his throat was sore and was wanting a double brandy with lime cordial and that ended up being a single instead of the double. We were further advised by the waiter that the the waiter that seated us was to srerve us that waiter never came to our table not even to apologise and the manager didn't even once come around to query if the patron were satisfied with the service. This was such cold service to such a beautiful looking cafe.
