The medical aid refuse to make payment of an account incurred on 24 January 2011. Netcare Mulbarton Hospital have correctly submitted all documentation repeatedly (I have a record) and so have I. We have references for all communication with Resolution Health over the past 2 years. In the beginning they kept telling us it was their mistake and payment would be made. Now they tell us the claim is stale and payment cannot be made.
They're starting to get rude with me now. Shanelle Lewis refuses to reply to emails and when I call, she won't come to the phone. I can't speak to the decision makers. I only have access to call centre agents who cannot help.
I am at risk of being blacklisted. I am flying to the USA and this could jeopardise my whole 6 month trip.
What is the problem with this company? Are they going bust or are they just corrupt???
