RESOLUTIONS MOTTO SHOULD B WE RESOLVE TO DO NOTHIN

I had to take my daughter to a paed at short notice in November last year. The paed required paymenty upfront as we were new clients and because Resolution had a reputation of not paying! I obtained an Auth number from Reso and subsequently took her to the paed. I then submitted all the required documents via fax on the 20.11.2012. I called a week later to find out on the progress and was told to email the claim because they couldnt find it! They rejected the claim but never informd me. I made another call to them only to find out that the Auth number which they provided me was incorrect so the claim was rejected! i was then transferred to the Auth dept to confirm the Auth no as Client services was unable to. I established that the no. was corrrect & was transferred back to Client services who then said that the details are correct and it would be resubmiited for processing. Christmas was over and still no resolve in sight. Since January i have been chasing the payment. At first they said "Mam the payment run is 7th Jan so it will take a few days to reflect in your account" The 7th came and went, still nothing! It is now the 4th of Feb & still no payment! I HATE RESOLUTION
