I bought a voucher through Daddy's Deals for myself and a friend for a half head of highlights, wash, cut and blow with a moisturising treatment at Makeovers Hair & Beauty in Randburg. On arrival for my appointment, the shop is still closed and no-one is there. After 15 minutes the owner arrived. She then told me that her one hairdresser is sick and the other one late. After waiting an hour, I said to the lady that I'm not waiting any longer. I could not believe the bad service! The owner of the business should look after her business!! Fortunately Daddy's Deals had no problem refunding the vouchers.
