I booked an appointment for my monthly pedicure, over a week in advance (please note I've been to Health Hydro 3 or 4 times in a row now). when I arrived they told me the technician was running a bit late, so I waited while my friend was busy having hers. After 20 min I went to find Tarryn, the owner, and told her that 10 min was late, 20 was ridiculous, and if something didn't happen in 5 min, I was leaving. Nothing happened after 10 min, so I left! They obviously don't need my business in this economic climate, so I will go elsewhere, where I will actually get some service! (apparently they squeezed someone in who didn't even have an appointment!) Bad form!!! You need to look after returning clients - don't you know that!
