I bought gift vouchers for my daughter and mother for a Facial and massage. My daughter made an appointment for 4pm. She was stuck in traffic and phoned to say she will be a little late, she was told they close at 5pm and it was not a problem. Five minutes later she called again, and again continuously and the phone just rang with no answer. She went around the building and everything was closed, she then left a msg on their answering machine and left. spoke to shamene the next day she insisted her staff were there waiting for the scheduled appointments, when asked why the phone was not answered she said it was locked in her office and she was not there. That to me is unethical business practice as the phone should be available during business hours. If she as the owner cannot trust her staff with a phone line which should be available during business hours, then how am I supposed to trust her words. The fact that my daughter tried phoning and nobody answered means that the vouchers should not be forfeited, that is inconsiderate and bad customer service. And to add insult to Injury Shamene put the phone down on me. I am taking it up legally.
