LATE!!! LATE!! LATE!!

I logged a call on Tuesday morning with OUTSURANCE to report a burst geyser. They responded via sms that the job has been handed to 24 FIX CASE NUMBER: T6QLAM-01 and they confirmed the appointment via sms for 14h00.The plumber only arrive at 17h30!!! The company didn't even bother to advised me that the appointment had been rescheduled for 18h00!!! How was I suppose to KNOW!!! My house was FLOODED!!! We couldn't use the bathroom as I had to turn the water off!!! 24 FIX HAS NO BUSINESS SENSE!!! THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS!!! CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMON COURTESY MEANS NOTHING!!! I waited a FULL day for NOTHING!!! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!!!
