Hi, firstly i received a sms to say my medical aid was terminated. I did not do this, nor did anybody from Bonitas phone to confirm that ive terminated this. I never knew about this until the 5th February 2013.The medical aid was terminated on the 31 December 2012.
I sent a email on the 5th February 2013 requesting sumbody from bonitas to contact me, up to date nobody has contacted me.
Really dissapointed.
