On 26 .02.2013 i called Bonitas call center and spoke to Olivia. I wanted to find out why bonitas cacancelled her medical aid. She told me that they haven't received contribution for February 2013. i explained to her the reason why bonitas hasn't received her contribution is because she went on pension in december & her employer is still wrapping up her pension. I told her to re-instate my mum's medical aid, we will pay out of our pockets until the starts earnign a pension which is when the employer will resume contributing towards her medical as per normal. She told pay cahs at Nedbak and write a letter to reinstate the medical aid and fax proof of payment to 011 7587700 whic i did on the 27th of Feb. hen I phone Bonitas I'm told that their system is slow and offline, they can't find the fax, or some excuse, i made another payment for March and phoned againd and was rold the same story the membership has not been re-instated because the system is slow and offline. this time i emailed all the documens to zimasa. I'm appalled and distressed because my mum is on diabetic and hypertensive medication which we paid cash in February. I have no intention to pay cash she has medical aid
