So after my last complaint, I got one call at 8 am then monday morning. I missed the call but got a voicemail message saying that my query was being looked at and they'll get back to me as soon as possible. So today, Feb 12, I still haven't heard back from them! I refuse to call into the call centre as every person you speak to tells you a different story and they aren't able to help. What customer service!
