I sent an email to Discovery Health on the 12th of February informing them that I need my member certificate emailed through to me. They gave me a reference -27499549429 and informed me that they will get back to me within 3 days. It is now the 06th of March and NO ONE has gotten back to me!!! Very disappointed in Discovery as I have been a member with them since 1999. I need this info to give to HR as proof that I am on a medical aid.
