I was a member of Prosano medical scheme last year and terminated my membership prior to the merger with Bonitas. Having not received a tax certificate i contacted Bonitas requesting one, they said they will escalate the request and it will take 3-5 days and apparently the department that is dealing with Prosano tax certificates does not have a contact number? I find this unacceptable, these certificates should have already been provided. It creates the impression that Bonitas is unable to administer a scheme correctly. I need this certificate urgently...
