On the 21/ 01/2013 I paid R500.00 co payment to the clinic, when I called the medical aid to enquire about the refund was told that all funds were paid to the clinic in full therefore i must request a refund from the clinic of which i spoke to the lady by the name of Thembe Mkholiso who forwarded a refund form for me to complete of which I did and she aid that she is waiting for the funds to reflect on their bank statement which will be the 1/02/2013 and the refund will tale 8- 10 days till today nothing has happened I called her this morning she advised me that the refund was rejected by the head office because i used a credit card of which all the details were all given to her prior and she also told me that she is waiting for the courier or delivery man to pick the docs up toke to the head office which is in Capetown by the way. I then called the head office and spoke to Ina who confirmed that no request was sent through for refund to be processed and she said she was going to call the lady and get back to me. I feel very aggrieved by this and inconvenienced by their service and level of hornesty
