After treatment the claim to my medical aid was rejected (on there proof of submission) due to an incorrect membership no there fault)
No effort was made to correct the problem or to bill, invoice or notify me of this. They had a postal address, cell no x 2, e-mail address x 2
1 Year after they are taking legal action and had me listed with ITC
They just say it remains my responsibility to ckeck that the claim was submitted and follow up with my medical aid if they were paid. My question is why do they get paid as professionals (a lot) but they don`t have to to bill or inform you of outstanding balances you must keep track of every thing you do and remain resposable for there mess-ups
