I rented a trailer from Trailarent in Centurion 21/06/13 also paid a R500 deposit - after weeks of telling me that the R500 deposit will be refunded, nothing has been done. I called again today and they again mentioned that they waiting for head-office to approve the refund, they also waiting for Koos at head office to give the go-ahead, plus the lady at head office was on leave and could not refund the deposit as yet but will do so today - I was told that the funds would be paid into my account last week already.
