I still haven't had any constructive feedback from you regarding my query. I have read through the disclaimer and realised that no sms's were ever sent to me regarding the amount of data remaining as stipulated.
I am not satisfied with the way in which my query was resolved. I received 3 missed calls from you right after each other on the Monday morning following my complaint - did you not for one second think to try an call me at an alternative time since I could be busy? You did the same thing the Tuesday. When you eventually got hold of me the Wednesday I asked you to call me back at a specific time and instead you ended up calling me an hour and a half later when I was on my way to another meeting. I tried to speak to you but was forced to ask you to call me back again and up to now - still no phone call. There are no contact details provided in your email to me. How professional is this?
I am utterly disgusted with the poor service I've received from you, Lomarie as well as Vodacom.
This issue better be resolved ASAP as I am now getting to a point where I feel that I am being forced to go to the Ombudsman who will be more than capable of resolving this matter effectively.
