Unable to rectify possible mistake

Hi there

Booking Code: BUDIDK.

I called the kulula call centre last night at 18.31. The call centre helped me change my flight to fly to Cape Town at 6.25 on Monday the 9th, as he said. The problem I only found out later is that the booking is for Tuesday the 9th, and not Monday. Monday is actually the 8th.
I called back, but the supervisor Candice, was unable to listen to previous calls. She asked me to call back this morning to speak to the next supervisor, who starts at 7.30. I called in at 8am this morning and heard that the current supervisor has not yet come to work and may only come in at 9? I have left my number to be called back and I urgently need assistance before the tickets sell out for Monday morning.
