I received a letter from Discovery dated 13 Dec 2012 on Feb 1st 2013. This letter reffered to myself owing the scheme an amount of R2480.59 which relates to 2010. I then called the scheme on the 4th of Feb 2013 and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Seraaj Govender who then advised about the setllement arrangement which I did not find suitable for me and was not convenient. He then suggested I write an affidavit and send through proof of Bank statement in an effort to make a settlement deal. I then drafted the affidavit which he recommended I email to him however on the affidavit I mentioned how I failed to understand how this money was not recovered two years ago and that I request for my name to be removed from Credit Bereau and for the amount due to be written off since their incompetence brought about disrepute on my part. Today its the 12th of Feb and I have been trying to get hold of Seraaj with no luck nor response from Discovery. I find this very unacceptable and the fact that my name has been handed over to the Credit Bereau without even trying to recover the money from me is totally unprofessiional. Mateboho MALOPE
