I received a letter from Hammond Pole Attorneys dated 19 October 2010 requesting payment on my Nedbank credit card account.
After reaching an agreement an amount I began making payments towards the above-mentioned account through the above-mentioned firm.
However, a judgement was taken up against me. This appears on the credit bereau.
Although, the last payment was made on 11 September 2011 a perusal of the latest records of the credit bereau revealed that no update was forwarded to the credit bereau indicating that the account has been paid up and subsequently closed.
Please investigate and establish why this has not taken place.
Provide me with the date by when the credit bereau will be updated and an appropriate order will be issued.
