I received a letter from Discovery advising that I have been blacklisted. I have an arrangement to pay the amount over 3 months, 2 amounts have already gone off my account and yet they send me this disgusting letter. I called the call centre and spoke to 3 consultants. When I asked to speak to a manager, the one consultant put me on old forever. So that is how they get rid of clients they don't want to deal with. I called back and a new consultants said they have no managers working outside of office hours. Client services said they can't help me and I must find the section to help me myself. Why bother having a client services! I demand this gets corrected and that I get an apology letter for this. Discovery you need to get your house in order!
