Bad attitudes and no communication

My son was treated at hospital & the bills were sent in December. I was on holiday & unaware the medical aid did not pay. I then got a call from Blake & Associates that I have been handed over. I then went to PO Box to check my mail & there were 3 letters the last being a final demand. I then called the hospital to enquire why no call was received & was told they sms customers, but i didnt receive any. The attitude of the lady was so bad that i sent an e-mail to the Admin and Finance manager & hopital manager of the hospital in question. In this email i advised i will settle the account on 15 Feb. Got a response from the admin & fin manager that she will investigate & get back to me. Nothing happened. Then my mom had a mammogram on 29 Jan which the medical aid paid in full on 31 Jan. Then on 6 Feb my mom (who is a dependant on my medical aid) received a sms that her Mercantile bill needs to be paid immediately. I then sent another e-mail to seek clarity as the only outstanding is the one i arranged for and i also sought clarity as to why my mom is receiving a sms that was meant for me. That was just purely unprofessional. My mail was read the same day but to date no response.
