My dad was a member of Gems medical Scheme (Government Employee medical scheme) He had the plan with full benefits. He was in intensive care at Life Wilgers Hospital for 10 days before he passed away on 18 November 2012 . I am co executor of his estate. We received an account dated 8 February 2013 for R 38 668.84 that was not paid by Gems medical scheme. I requested Life wilgers hospital And Gems to supply a specified account with reasons why the full account wasn't paid for by Gems Al the procedures were approved when he was in intensive care. I haven't received any information on my request from Life Wilgers Hospital and from Gems.
