Good evening, My mother is a member of bonitas medical aid, the 21st of august she got retrenched by her work as a result of breast cancer. There are people in her church who take over her premiums. Somehow they overlooked some premiums but in the mean time they upgrade my mom from the boncap to the bonsave option, we also received the new member ship card in the mail, on the 31st of January I phone in and talk to a Lucia in the call centre, her number is 0860 00 2108 ref nr 290113QP8YFG, sk her what would the amount payable be for the medical aid because my mother is not well. She told me the monthly premium would be R1406.00 times 2 for January and February. On the 5th of February the church had done that payment directly into bonitas first national bank account. on the same day me and the people of the church fax it through to 011 758 77 00 the scheme finance department. On the 6th February my mom went for a check up at the onkology department and was imediately admitted as a emergency admission as she needs blood urgently. Me and the people at Wilmed park private hospital contact the medical aid ask them to give authorisation for the hospital. talking to 8 people
