Medical Savings Account balance disappeared

Of all the unreliable companies in this country Momentum is by far the most unethical company I have dealt with thus far. In the three years that my Medical Aid business was placed with them I have had endless hassles with claims and administration queries.

Finally when I recently submitted a membership cancellation request, all of a sudden the R1 000 odd which I had left in my Medical Savings Account was just gone and all my claims were being rejected. At the time of these claims my membership was still active and I was waiting for it to end.

I am sick of useless excuses and inaccurate explanations of what supposedly happened. I demand a full report (within the next 5 working days) on where my Medical Savings Account for the entire 2012 went or I will be reporting your dodgy company to the Council for Medical Schemes.
