Discovery will not pay my for chronic condition

Discovery will not pay my account for Dietrich Bruce E Street And Partners. The tests was done for my chronic condition, Hyperlipidaemia which Discovery approved. I contact the call centre numeros times. They said the wrong ICD10 code was used on the account. Then I contacted Dietrich Bruce E Street And Partners and they correct the ICD10 code, but still Discovery will not pay the account. Please help to sort out the problem!
