Poor Service from Discovery Medical Aid

I visited a Specialist in June. I have placed a call at the Call Centre relating to an account Query by Synchramed Collection Agency. I have been to Doctor R Rampershad in June and the amount of 333.40 was outstanding.
After phoning the Discovery call center the issue was finally sorted put and the amount was paid on 09 October 2013. Clearly Discovery has paid as it was a fault on their side. I would never have visited a Specialist without an auth number.
In the past three months I have received a letter of Final Demand indicating that I have been handed over to Synchramed Collection Agency due to the inability by Discovery to process this payment within the required period.
The account has been paid now but there is an outstanding admin fee of 46.67. I do not believe I should be liable for that payment as it was not my error. There is also interest collecting on that amount. I have contacted them several times and they don't even take responsibility for there bad service they just refuse to pay with no explanation. I don't pay my medical aid late and this is just pathetic service.
