Blood tests processed with incorrect ICD10 codes

Dear Discover, I am a pulmunary embolism patient on Anti-Coagulation Theropy via Lancet. I am on Key Care Plus & on chronic warfrin since Sept/Oct 2012.Since diagnosed squerries dont stop due to my INR tests being processed with incorrect ICD 10 Codes at Discovery. I have phoned Discovery a few times before to querry accounts recieved for payments rejected by Discovery. I again recieved an account this week. This time from Lancet - for unpaid bills/rejected payments from Discovery since July 2012.There's also the issue of 3 calls i maid within the last month or so with regards to unpaid querries that i am stil awaiting response from the call centre agents i have soken to. my last querrie were logged with Catherin on 15 Feb, ref nr 2733645993.In Jan we learned my baby of 3 also has a clotting problem.i confirmed via a call centre agent that the test would be paid for due to my extended familiy ninetic history on both sides with pulmanary embolism, but i received the account.i have to have a antithrombolin 3 test done on 1 march to determine if baby will go on chronic meds, but with only a motivation letter from my GP, i need an auth nr for tests to be done on Friday. Also-i need the ICD10
