I was with Momentum Carecross last year this year you have changed me to Momentum Access. You gave me a list of 4 service providers. The one doctor is out of my area the other 3 are not registered with Access and are not interested. How is it possible that you give me these as potential service providers and they are not interested. What am I supposed to do??? What happens if I need a doctor in an emergency are you going to be responsible??? How can you take my monthly premiums and there is no doctor willing to see me and you are not even prepared to pay the accounts of these doctors or chemist if I submitted them. On top of this The benefits have diminished and the premiums have increased considerably this year. This is taking my money under false pretences.
