Registration of a membe

I have been waiting 4 weeks (since January 14th 2013) for a member to be registered on Bonitas Medical aid.

i have phoned and E mailed so many times i've lost count.

this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! and should be dealt with ASAP!!! i have been a member with Prosano for 3 years before they merged with Bonitas and NEVER EVER EVER did i have to wait 4 WEEKS to get a matter resolved!!

As soon as I get feedback from Discovery, I am resigning from Bonitas!
