Appalling Service

Decided 2 go 2 Scpecsavers in Carlton Centre JHB CBD 07/02/13 around 14h00. Went up 2 reception n spoke 2 Patricia. We asked questions about the special that they had. Unenthusiastically she gave us missing information where we had to dig information from her. She didnt have an ounce of energy when she was helping us. She proceeded to take my Medical aid card n ID n made a call whilst we were standing there, never did she inform us what she was doing. So instead of us standing there we decided 2 look at the different frames they had in store. A gentlement who was also not so pleasant 2 us helped unlocking the glasses for us. When we asked questions he didnt even bother to answer us. Then suddenly Patrica took the keys and stood next to us. We then assumed that she was the 1 that will be helping now. We asked questions and she just stood there mute and said nothing. When we asked her how much the frame that I was interested in was, she said the prices are written on the wall. She works there n knows how much it costs and she could have told us. A little bit more happened until we decided to leave and she said with pleasure u can go and gave me back my ID and Card. How disturbing!!!
