I'm very much disappointed at the level of service I have received from this organization. Never have I been treated in such a manner, and the annoying part is my gynecologist only used this company for blood tests. I'm 43 weeks pregnant and have an active maternity benefit with my medical aid. Majority of bloodline claims were taken from my savings instead of that benefit because of the codes they keep sending to my medical aid. 1 month ago, I received an email from bloodline saying I owe them R1600. I responded to that email asking what it was for and if a statement can be sent me me. I did not get anything from them. Then 2 weeks ago I get a call from a debt collector asking about a debt I found out 2 weeks ago about. I told how shocked I was that I was handed over without communication and she promised that bloodline will correct it. I called blood line again requesting statements as I wanted to see what exactly is the problem with all my claims and why are they not being paid by the medical aid maternity benefit. It's been 2 weeks, still nothing from them. Today I get an sm saying now I've been warned the 2nd time about my debt that has moved to over R2000. I called bloodline again for statements... But they send me incorrect ones... I wish I could have a word with management
