Ampath do this is as a general rule. It is not only me. They submitted the incorrect codes to the medical aid, when I asked them to submit the right ones BEFORE I even had the tests. I was assured they would. They didn't.
The medical aid cannot pay under the codes they have submitted.
This has been going on for 1.5 years now, and Ampath tell me they are getting back to me but don't.
They have handed me over to another debt collector now. Twice in fact. When I was waiting for THEIR response. Both times.
I have run back and forth and sent them ALL the documentation they require, but the people their are useless and won't do what they need to do, and the client must pay for their ups.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company as they do not care at all, and won't lift a finger to help. They won't submit the correct information to the medical aids, meaning you will have to pay.
